A new, sweet-sounding café looks to be replacing the short-lived Cinque Terre Café (1477 Van Ness at Pine). Grub Street finds the liquor license today under the ownership of one Kevin Cooper, so there will be beer and wine. We’ll update you when we learn more about the opening timeframe.
