Summer must be over, because our favorite celebs are turning up (and acting up) in the city again. This week, hotel clubs were all the proverbial rage for every age as Kanye debuted tunes at PH-D, including the much-buzzed-about "My Perfect B*tch"; stars came in droves to Rashida Jones’s party at Hotel Chantelle; and a 67-year-old Debbie Harry partied to the sounds of D.J. Miss Guy at a Thompson LES party. Plus Katie Couric hand-fed her date burrata at Gina La Fornarina, and Jon Hamm had quiet drinks with girlfriend, Jennifer Westfeldt, at Marble Lane. All this and more in our weekly roundup of celebrity dining.

PH-D at Dream Downtown: Late Friday night, Kanye West arose from his table with Leo, Erin Heatherton, and Hangover director Todd Phillips, pulled out a laptop, and played some brand-new songs for 45 minutes — including some samples and his ode to Kim K, "My Perfect Bitch." Patrons at the club understandably responded with dropped jaws, as a black-and-leather-clad Kanye lip-synced to his own flow. [Page Six/NYP, NYDN]
