Here’s the NoMad’s Brunch Menu

Yesterday we told you that Daniel Humm and Will Guidara would launch brunch at the NoMad on September 8 (that’s before they pack up Eleven Madison Park’s staff and take over Alinea for a few days), and today the restaurant sends its full menu along. What to expect: some holdovers from the dinner and lunch menus (beef with marrow, crab tagliatelle); brunch dishes from the weekday breakfast menu (a spinach omelette, steak & eggs, eggs benedict with crab and tarragon); a section of “Bloodys” (traditional, a sherry version with beets and hot peppers, a michelada); and, the big new addition, the restaurant’s much-discussed roast chicken, turned into a truffle-and-foie-gras-laden sandwich. Doesn’t sound like a bad way to cure a hangover.
