Heritage Fire, the meat-centric event held in Napa brought to you by Brady Lowe and Cochon 555, returns for the fourth time on August 25th. The annual party celebrates heritage breeds of goat, lamb, pig, rabbit, and even foraged mushrooms. Whole animals will be spit-roasted over wood and carving stations will give event goers an interactive meatastic experience.

Participating chefs include past Cochon 555 winners, Jason Vincent (Nightwood), John Stewart and Duskie Estes (Zazu Farm + Restaurant), and Lars Kronmark (CIA at Greystone). Other chefs, from Napa, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago, are Tim Goodell (Public Kitchen & Bar), Andrew Zimmerman (Sepia), Jordan Mackey (Restaurant Cuvee Napa), John Fink (The Whole Beast), Todd Spanier (King of Mushrooms), Kim Wiss (Antica Napa), Ronnie New (Magnolia Brewery), and Dennis Lee (Namu Gaji).

The event takes place from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the River Terrace Inn in Napa. Tickets are $150 per person.
