One week after opening to Downtown, Armen Shirvanian’s new Towne Food & Drink starts serving lunch today and every day, from 11:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. The lunch menu includes a “Salads and Stuff” section, along with items like a smoked and baked salmon cubano sandwich with cornichons and creme fraiche, while pastry chef Tamara Davis will prepare her own Twinkies over dessert.
