OpenTable shares were heading in the toilet on Monday after an analyst lowered his rating on them and said their second-quarter results might prove to be disappointing. Nothing to fret over, however, as this could be explained by temporary restaurant trends (like super-popular reservation-less destinations in Red Hook!). [Businessweek]
