The Fairmont Copley Plaza’s Oak Room has gone to that great mahogany casket in the sky, but in honor of their 100th anniversary, they’ve introduced another swanky sippery in its stead. Oak Long Bar + Kitchen, which plays up a “1912” theme, debuts inside the luxe hotel today.

According to Thrillist and Adam’s Hospitality, “The new restaurant will feature a farm to table inspired menu of modern American cuisine using ingredients primarily from regional farms and the best local purveyors.” Since they’re going for a 1912 theme, we’ll give them credit for using this line first. There’s also “tableside martini service,” which sounds far more interesting.
