The Fairmont Copley Plaza’s Oak Long Bar + Kitchen opens today. We had written that the space highlights a 1912 theme, in honor of the hotel’s anniversary, but a rep says that’s not quite the case. In fact, for the first time ever, the Oak Long Bar + Kitchen will actually use real oak in the design. Still intriguing: The 80-foot-plus-long bar and the martinis served tableside with four types of stuffed olives. [Earlier]
