Duffy will be joining Chef Claudio Aprile at Toronto’s hot molecular gastronomy restaurant Colborne Lane, for the first look at what he’ll be serving at Grace, on July 25 and 26. He and Chef Aprile will be trading off courses (it’s also, effectively, a preview of Aprile’s new summer menu).
