Orange County food photographer Bob Hodson launched a new website called Chef’s Insight on Tuesday, offering photos, videos, interviews, and recipes in an attempt to depict the day-to-doings of known chefs. Each entry offers a quick overview of a restaurant before delving into the life of its leader, with gorgeous shots following a day in their life, both in and out of the kitchen, along with a Q&A; squashed into a asymmetrical layout. So far, the site has features on O.C. chefs like John Cuevas and Gabbi Patrick, but with locals like Josie LeBalch, Akasha Richmond, and Jamie Gwen soon set to appear, with 20 additional chef features already planned beyond that.
