Titillating news for a dreary Tuesday morning: The adorable Ten Tables, with locations in Jamaica Plain, Provincetown, and Cambridge, might expand to Newton. Beantown Eats posits that a fourth location could debut at 755 Beacon Street in Newton Centre. It’ll be dinner-only, with a comfy 48 seats and some space for walk-ins.
A neighborhood discussion happens on Thursday at 6 p.m. at the proposed site, but we can’t envision too many people objecting to the idea of another Ten Tables. TT founder Krista Kranyak, meanwhile, recently opened Grass Fed burger to great success. Could a Grass Fed expansion be next on the horizon?
Update: A reliable source tells Grub Street that this restaurant will not be called Ten Tables, though it will be similar to the Ten Tables location in Cambridge and will be helmed by the same chef. Stay tuned for more!
