As evidenced by the whole L&B;–the Square red-sauce shake-up we told you about last week, mobsters take their pizza very seriously. So does Slice’s Adam Kuban, who road-tested the two squares and reported back. He finds that the disputed sauce is not identical at both joints, though both do layer it on top of the cheese: the Square’s is more acidic, while L&B;’s uses more dried herbs.
