So much for that rumor of Stephen Starr taking a breather from any new projects here in Philly. Foobooz today reports that the “King of Restaurants” is working on an undisclosed project at 1204-08 Frankford Avenue, which is right next door to Frankford Hall, his Fishtown beer garden that opened last year. Though virtually all details about the latest addition to the Starr fleet are under wraps — at least for another five days — what’s known is that it will have outdoor space, take-out and a liquor license.
