Tonight’s event at the Somerville Holiday Inn unites the city’s most succulent restaurants for a two-hour feeding frenzy for a good cause, which is our preferred way to dine. The Taste of Somerville kicks off at 5:30, so leave work a little bit early to get there in time. Your generosity and gluttony supports RESPOND, the country’s second-oldest domestic violence agency. This year, a huge range of restaurants plan to represent.
Feast on plates from the new Painted Burro and sister restaurant Pizzeria Posto, Highland Kitchen, Casa B, and Foundry on Elm (to name a few), plus old favorites like Magoun’s, Mount Vernon, PJ Ryan’s, and the Independent.
Tickets are $35 at the door. Come hungry! [Taste of Somerville]
