Seamus Mullen Heading Up Standard Hotel’s Seasonal Restaurant

Healthy eater Seamus Mullen has been killing it at Tertulia in the West Village, and now FloFab hears the chef will head up the Standard’s seasonal outdoor meatpacking restaurant, dubbed Standard Plaza. If you snag one of the alfresco tables, you can dig into summery dishes like wood-oven-grilled shrimp with zucchini, chorizo, and Meyer lemon; or a salad of tomatoes, smoked burrata, watermelon, and quinoa.
