We hadn't even gotten around to checking out the tasting menu Phillip Kirschen-Clark was slinging down at Demi Monde, and now comes word the chef has left the project. Less than a year ago, we told you Kirschen-Clark had parted ways with the now shuttered Vandaag, giving him a track record that's starting to resemble that of another talented, yet rootless stove-hopper, Ryan Skeen. Here's hoping both these guys find somewhere it all lines up.
