Just when it seemed like Revel had given up all of its surprises, here comes word that there is indeed another new restaurant on the way there, and the Jersey Shore’s own Luke Palladino is the chef behind it. Palladino, who owns the extremely well received Luke Palladino Seasonal Italian Cooking, a 30-seat BYOB on the mainland in Northfield, and Luke Palladino Harrah’s Resort, will bring Luke’s Kitchen & Marketplace to Revel sometime before the July 4 holiday, the Press of Atlantic City reports. As the name advertises, the new project, which will take up vacant space at the casino and resort just around the corner from Jose Garces’ Guapos Tacos and Distrito mashup, and Robert Wiedmaier’s Mussel Bar, will offer a range of options, including quick service, sit-down dining and a market. It will feature an extensive selection of hot dogs, pasta dishes, “kick-ass” pizza, seafood and more. It will also be open around the clock. [Press of Atlantic City]
