First Look at Gin Palace, Bringing Gin-and-Tonic on Tap to the EV
We told you gin was in every glass, and now Ravi DeRossi’s El Cobre replacement, Gin Palace, has opened in the Cienfuegos complex. The dim rock-and-roll bar has something we haven’t seen elsewhere in town: gin-and-tonic on tap, made with grapefruit bitters. The rest of the drink menu stays under ten bucks, with nothing too ornate: We’d order a white negroni or perhaps a pimm’s cup made with ginger and raspberries. See the lineup, and the space, straight ahead.
