Let other chefs open grocery stores and casino restaurants. Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian will one-up them next year with Ocean Blue, a luxury seafood dining experience aboard Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Breakaway, whose home port is New York Harbor. The restaurant will be divided into several spaces: the main dining room; a wine-and-crustaceans area dubbed the Raw Bar; and Ocean Blue On the Waterfront, a more casual concept. Too bad that Jean-Georges ferry concept didn't work out, or these two could've been boat buddies.
