Fergus Henderson Enlists David Chang, April Bloomfield for Port Magazine’s Food Issue

When it came time to put together its first food issue, one-year-old English men’s magazine Port tapped none other than Fergus Henderson to guest-edit the thing. The illustrious chef, butcher, and restaurateur sits down for lunch with Giorgio Locatelli in issue six, which is now available domestically at specialty magazine stores, and if this preview video is any indication, we may just have an instant classic — the magazine equivalent of Henderson’s roasted bone marrow and parsley salad — on our hands. There are also contributions from Batali and Bloomfield, fish guts shot by Giles Revell, Nigella Lawson shot by Juergen Teller, and of course, David Chang on fermentation. Count us in. [Port Magazine]
