6 out of 9 Chefs Admit They’re Struggling for Balance

Food GPS made a startling discovery on Sunday at Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation event when publisher Joshua Lurie made the rounds asking chefs how they achieve balance in their busy lives. Only three of the nine chefs polled felt they were able to balance work duties with any semblance of a normal life, with Eva’s Mark Gold admitting, “There’s no balance, buddy. The only way I can keep any kind of balance is that I live right behind the restaurant.” [Food GPS]
