The brothers Niebergall, Brett and Nathan, have been operating their Southern Sandwich Co. truck for a couple of years now, after being chefs at the short-lived but well received Frisée in the Castro. Now they’re back in a kitchen without wheels for this Friday’s opening pop-up at FoodLab (part of A Temporary Offering at 7th and Market), which will be … wait for it … an all-you-can-eat-buffet of Southern food like fried catfish, ribs, shrimp and grits, pepper Jack mac-and-cheese, collard greens, corned bread, sweet potato pie, and more!
