Matt Spencer, a Clio Alum, Heads to the Brahmin


The Brahmin has a new chef: Matt Spencer, who’s worked at Clio and Sonsie. Per a release, he also had a 4.0 GPA at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts! On his smart new menu: handmade tater tots.

Also: fried pickles with red pepper sauce, asparagus parmesan fries, buffalo chicken meatballs, Asian BBQ pork tacos, shrimp tacos, and something called short-rib grilled cheese bites, which sound dangerous. As for those tots: They’re stuffed with cheddar cheese, bacon, and scallions.

Yup, we’re pretty sure Brahmins never dined quite like this.
