Philly’s still burgeoning food truck movement will be repping hard in Fishtown on Friday, May 4. That’s when the Philadelphia Mobile Food Association, the loose knit group of food truckers, carts, tents and other migrating munchie businesses, will host its first pop-up. It’s going down in the parking lot at the Lutheran Settlement House at 1340 Frankford Avenue, near Master Street. On board so far are Little Baby’s Ice Cream, Pitruco, Spot and Zea May’s. According to the PMFA’s newly launched website, there will also be beer served. It all gets underway at 6 p.m. and goes until 11 p.m., or when the food runs out.
