Perhaps the secret to getting a reservation at Brooklyn Fare (we've never succeeded, ahem) is to live above it. Crain's writes that the building on 37th between Ninth and Tenth that will house the bigger, better Manhattan location has already leased two dozen of its units in just a few weeks. The twelve-story building has 97 total apartments, with studios starting at $2,625. Foodies, better get your broker on the horn now. [Crain's]
