The Beer Chicks Join Wigger and Marianella at Trattoria Neapolis

In the weeks ahead, Pasadena’s South Lake Avenue will witness the opening of Trattoria Neapolis, a wood-burning ode to The Boot headed up by former Four Seasons chef and Pascal Olhats-educated Bryant Wigger along with Copa D’Oro’s own Italian stallion, Vincenzo Marianella. Joining this lineup, Hallie Beaune of The Beer Chicks is slated to be the project’s in-house beer sommelier.

With her partner, Christina Perozzi, Beaune is dedicating the restaurant’s fourteen taps and various and sundry bottles to both Italian and local Los Angeles craft beer, mirroring owner Perry Vidalakis’ take on the unification of Italian tradition with SoCal flavor at this new restaurant that features coffee made via a Marzocco GB/5 as well as in-house salumi, bread, and pastas.
