Victor Casanova appears to have pulled some sort of Francesco Schettino, jumping ship from Culina to engage in his own antics at Gusto, a rustic Italian restaurant with changing dishes and pizzas that Eater cites as under construction in the former home of Allora Cucina, apparently purchased by Casanova with little hesitation. The chef will strive to open his “dream project” by early May and is “helping out” at Culina until the 35-seater is complete. [Eater]
