As we told you earlier. Sel de la Terre will shutter its wharf location to make way for City Landing (purely a business decision, per SDLT owner Frank McClelland). But they’re going to have a bit of fun first.

Each Wednesday, the menu will change, whipped up by friends of the restaurant. The prefix version is $65 for 5 courses, $35 for optional wine pairings. An a la carte menu is also available and will always include a couple old SDLT faves like goat cheese salad and steak frites.

Here’s the schedule:
Week of April 4: Alex Crabb’s Menu
Week of April 11: Daniel Bojorquez’s La Brasa Preview Menu
Week of April 18: Jiho Kim’s French-Korean Menu

La Brasa is, of course, the “meat-focused” Somerville restaurant that SDLT Natick chef Bojorquez plans to launch in the coming months.
