After some nice success around Talde, Dale Talde will open a new little joint, Pork Slope, in the former Aunt Suzie’s space in Park Slope — a plan we heard about a few weeks ago. Cheap beer and porky bar snacks — those that will taste better than the name — will be on the Roadhouse-semi-inspired menu. What’s next? A Polish-sausage stand in Greenp’oink?
