Chef Ravi Kapur’s Monday pop-up at Citizen’s Band, LihoLiho Yacht Club, returns next week for another three-week series. Kapur tells Grub Street that he’s “not quite sure what the future of the pop-up is after this round,” but that if there’s still demand after the third week, he will “mostly likely” keep doing it. The next three dates are April 9, 16, and 23, and the deal is the same as before: $65 per person including tax and gratuity, but not including beer or wine.

You’ll want to reserve here, via the Citizen’s Band site, but a few walk-ins will be welcome for counter seating on each of the nights. Dinner will be served from 5:30 to 10 p.m., and it’s in three, family-style courses, with five dishes in each of the first two courses. (See our earlier slideshow here.)

The menu — which is a fusion of Hawaiian, Korean, and other Asian influences with a modern Californian sensibility — is similar to before, with a few tweaks and additions to previous dishes, and what you see below is still a draft and subject to change.
