Bravo TV announced yet another addition to the Top Chef franchise today: a reality show chronicling Life After Top Chef, featuring four former contestants. The show will follow the growing franchises, and the day-to-day angst, of Jen Carroll (of Philadelphia’s upcoming Concrete Blonds), Richard Blais (of Atlanta’s HD1 and upcoming restaurant The Spence), Fabio Viviani (of Los Angeles’ Firenze Osteria), and Spike Mendelsohn (of D.C.’s Good Stuff Eatery). We just hope we get to see Blais in a more happy place than he was on Top Chef: All Stars. [NBC Universal]
