We hear that Coup, the new digital fashion/lifestyle magazine helmed by editrix Alexandra Hall, will devote plenty of space in an upcoming issue to the sinful, succulent pleasures of cheese. About time! Cheese is too often taken for granted, in our humble opinion.
Hall tells Grub that “a lot of the package is going to center around the makers themselves, recipes, over-the-top cheese dishes on menus, and the Vermont Cheese Festival, which is a pretty stupendous experience for cheese fiends.” Also look for an in-depth survey of the city’s most scrumptious cheese dishes. Hall counts several mongers and makers in her clan, so it’s an issue she holds dear. We won’t make the “cheese wiz” joke.
