Manhattan Beach’s The Strand House has named its replacement for chef Travis Lorton, who bailed the beach-side project in late January. Ventura’s own Greg Hozinsky, who is also still cooking at Shade Hotel** (owned by Strand House’s Michael Zislis) is now the also Strand’s executive chef, working in partnership with Neal Fraser, who is staying attached to the project for the time being.
