First Look at Randolph Beer, Bringing Craft Brews to the Bowery Next Week

The guys behind the Randolph are almost ready to unveil their spacious food-and-craft-beer emporium — Wednesday is the day. As mentioned, the look leans Americana, with large booths and abundant reclaimed wood — there's a party-perfect oversize table in back that seats a group of about twelve. Sidle up to the long bar to choose from dozens of beers (36 on tap), divided into flavor categories such as "rich & sweet" or "crisp & light" (see the full list below). The food menu is not exactly light, with bar favorites including sliders and macaroni and cheese, though a veggie section offers dishes like two kinds of sprouts and "corn off the cob."
