Park Tavern Brunch Features Schnitzel and Eggs, Bourbon Smoothies

This week brought the news about State Bird Provisions launching brunch (on March 11), and now we have some fresh photos, via Thrillist, of Park Tavern’s tasty new brunch offerings. Notable menu items include an individual, cast-iron baked, raspberry and blueberry Dutch baby pancake; veal schnitzel à la Holstein with a fried egg topped with lardons and anchovies; and a country ham steak with poached egg, Hollandaise, and a cabbage-and-fingerling potato slaw.
