While there would be nothing wrong and everything right about eating North End Grill's butterscotch pot de crme for brunch, Floyd Cardoz has created a proper menu for the brunch launch this weekend (and every Saturday and Sunday onward from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.). He tells Grub Street that the menu is a nice mix of brunch and lunch to suit the needs of the neighborhood. What would the Top Chef master himself order? Johnnycake benedict, lamb bacon, poached egg, chipotle hollandaise, and a few pastries by the extraordinaire Alexandra Ray.
