Remember how Michael Psilakis’s rustic Greek food at MP Taverna in Roslyn kept getting raves, while the chef’s work at Fishtag only garnered so-so responses? Well, now it seems Psilakis is about to make a smart move: Eater has it that the toque will open an MP Taverna in Astoria. The topic first arose on a neighborhood message board, and now it’s certain that MP will go into the former Mezzo Mezzo space at 31-29 Ditmars Boulevard.
