Are epiceries having a moment? Seems so: The latest is Gastronomie 491, opening tomorrow on Columbus Ave., near 83rd. The place has the usual gleaming counters filled with treats, including gourmet cheeses curated by Martin Johnson from the Joy of Cheese, daily-changing rotisserie chicken preparations, La Quercia prosciutto, and Richart chocolates.
