A Few More NoMad Details

This week has brought us a slow trickle of news regarding NoMad, WIll Guidara and Daniel Humm’s new place in the Nomad hotel. First, the Underground Gourmet brought us a few new details, then we learned yesterday that the place would officially open on April 1, and now the Times brings the world even more info. Like: There will be a dessert trolley. The fireplace is imported from France. The roast chicken dish looks really gorgeous. And the Gray Lady says the place will open as soon as Monday, so, April Fools’ on the original date, maybe? Either way: Expect (well-mannered) crowds. [Diner’s Journal/NYT]
