Alex Stratta is heading back to Vegas, baby. Eater has the news that he’s no longer at Bigoli, the Italian restaurant that just opened in the former Gonzo place. A note from the management reads, “The team at Bigoli has gone back to the original concept that it was designed for ‘pre-Stratta’ involvement.” Smells like it wasn’t an amicable split. [Eater NY]
