Industry sources say the plan for the new place would be larger and slightly more upscale. One spot the group has its eyes on: 206 Spring Street, former home to Fiamma, which real-estate sources confirm owner Stephen Hanson has put on the market and is looking to sell. If it means more opportunities for beer-and-bread porridge, count us in as supporters.
