The incredible, edible Deion Sanders

Between sips of beer and stuffing your face full of nachos during last night’s Super Bowl, perhaps you noticed the Century 21 Real Estate commercial during the big game’s third quarter. The one in which Pro Football Hall of Fame-er Deion Sanders walks on carrying a tray of cookies, each emblazoned with his likeness. Well, those cookies were the work of Fishtown’s Whipped Bakeshop, and the ad itself was the result of local agency Red Tettemer + Partners. They coordinated the top-secret production of the cookies, which we’re told was kept so much under wraps that even employees of the specialty bakery weren’t aware of them nor any involvement in the production of the commercial.
