You can count the number of Westside Vietnamese options on five fingers (and the truly good ones on far fewer), which is one reason the opening of Vien Cafe sounds like promising news. Elina Shatkin announces Monday’s debut of this new Vietnamese restaurant in the Kosher corridor. An online menu shows many of the usual suspects in place, from pho to three types of banh mi to bun, with prices that might even be acceptable in Westminster, but will certainly be welcome on the Westside. 6118 W.
