The Bedford, shockingly located on Bedford Avenue, confirms that Jason Michael Giordano — formerly of Hotel Griffou, Mia Dona, and Spice Market — is the new executive chef onboard. He plans to revamp the menu piece by piece, focusing on American "tavern" culture. The restaurant will also be opening for lunch service starting in March, and unveiling a pub snack menu for its sister space, the Back Bar at the Bedford.
