Seasons 52 is preparing to bum rush L.A.’s Westside this fall with two new branches of the national restaurant chain. Already committed to construction on Broadway in Santa Monica, the Darden Group’s seasonally-driven grill and wine bar announces that this seaside opening will be pushed to an earlier fall debut, so that Seasons 52 can focus on opening a second new restaurant at The Westfield Century City Mall soon after.
Plans for the new Century City location include the usual manly mahogany and built-in wine cellar, with the addition of two private dining rooms, a piano bar, chef’s table, and huge patio. Meanwhile, Santa Monica’s Seasons 52 location will be all like “two private dining rooms? Pshah! We have three, bitches.”
Like all SoCal Seasons 52 spaces (as well as at Darden’s Capital Grille), sommelier George Millotes will be on wine-duty with classic and hush-hush picks, while no dish goes over 475 calories, even the mini desserts. See the menu online and look for Seasons 52 at the Westfield mall, 10250 Santa Monica Blvd. Century City come autumn.
