We had a feeling there would be a Next El Bulli video today as service begins for real tonight. And there is, and we can hear productivity slowing all over town to watch it. One of the things we thought about the El Bulli Cooking in Progress documentary was that it captured the process… but didn’t always make the food look delicious. That is not an issue here, in this 4-minute video which ends with a solid two minutes of lush, luscious-looking food footage. You want to taste these things; you want to play with them.
