He said he wanted to teach, and now Michael Laiskonis, Le Bernardin's former pastry chef (whose apron was just filled by Laurie Jon Moran), future author, Grub Street D.J., and underground party-thrower, will assume the role of Creative Director at the Institute of Culinary Education in March, where he will no doubt draw inspiration from this ...
