Hear ye, oyster lovers: Lot 7 (which had once had the working title of Cyan) just opened at 974 Valencia (at 21st), and they’re attempting to be “the Bar Crudo of the Mission.” In addition to fish and chips, Belgian beers, and charcuterie, they’ve got shellfish plateaux and a dollar-oyster happy hour daily from 3 to 6 P.M..
