Grub learns that the Food and Finance High School isn’t the only culinary educator with pop-up plans: This Sunday and next, a team of students from the International Culinary Center will stage a pop-up restaurant. The team, dubbed “Appetite” won a recent competition judged by the likes of Craig Koketsu (Park Avenue) and Saveur’s Betsy Andrews; their $50 four-course menu offers rabbit meatballs, a boar chop, and chevre mousse, among other dishes; tickets here.
