Apparently, all it takes to get us hyped up about another Asian food truck is to drop a NOMA vet behind the wheel. Today, Pleasure Palate introduces us to The Go Chew truck, a Korean cuisine-skewing cruiser that serves Jidori fried chicken thigh and short rib in organic rice bowls, along with fried cauliflower, from owner Charles Slonaker, who counts past experiences working at NOMA, Nobu 57, Valentino in Vegas, and Barcelona’s Commerc 24 on his resume. Check out his menu online and race after Go Chew (a take on gochu) by following through Twitter. [Pleasure Palate]
